Aarti Mittal

A seasoned banker with over 3 decades of experience in financial services, across various domestic & MNC organizations, Aarti is currently Executive Director, Payment Operations at JPMorgan.

Aarti brings a wholesome leadership style to the table which encompasses strong interpersonal skills, a passion to build scalable and sustainable business processes and a deep desire to enhance productivity through technology. A Women On Boards Alumni, she is keen to leverage her expertise to benefit causes close to her heart.

Nirmala Venkatesan
Founder, CEO

A CA CWA, an ILSS Leadership Alumni, a passionate believer in the transformative power of meaningful literacy and equity in opportunities, with a creative mindset, Nirmala helms all activities at SAC. Her focus areas are Outreach, Impact, Compliance, Fundraising and Donor Management.

Gauri Gupta
Co-Founder

A BA Hons (Phil) from Delhi University, Gauri is a successful entrepreneur and a passionate believer in women and girl child empowerment, She came on board as Co-founder in 2021 and helps with CSR funding and partnerships. She’s also an avid music lover, fitness enthusiast and a certified Pastry Chef.

Sanjana Vinod
Consultant – HR and Process

Sanjana is an MBA, Certified Process Architect, and Organization Development Consultant with 30 years of experience in reputed companies. She is engaged with SAC in the areas of Process SOP Creation, Implementation Organization Performance Management.

ADONIS BRAGANZA
Co-ordinator – Early Ed Program

Adonis is an educator with over 15 years of experience across various roles in the education space. He is passionate about quality education and activity based learning for early years. Sincere and compassionate, with great people skills, he looks over the day to day operations and program delivery across 50 classrooms.

Suparna Sengupta

Social Media & Communication Consultant

Suparna Sengupta is a media professional with over a decade of experience working with some of India’s leading media organizations. She is currently a visiting faculty and social media consultant, bringing her expertise in communication, storytelling, and digital engagement to support social impact initiatives.

Anwar Shaikh
Accounts & Compliance

Anwar Shaikh is a Chartered Accountant by profession and passion, with ample experience in the domain of taxation, bookkeeping, audit and financial planning. Anwar, with his firm, is responsible for accounts, compliance and taxation at SAC.

Jayati Chakraborty

Program Associate

A highly motivated professional with more than 12+ years of experience successfully managing front-line field operations implementation, coordination, capacity building, monitoring and report making. Jayati handles the teachers and operations of the Early Ed program and manages activities under SAARATHI, our women engagement program.
